switched from opendns to GDNS – still getting opendns redirects on bad urls

 

This is Mac OS X (Snow leopard) on a home LAN, router (Airport
Extreme) attached to an IPStar satellite modem.

I’ve set up the router to use Google DNS, and I’ve logged into my
OpenDNS account and removed the one network from my account.

However, if I enter a bad URL I still get OpenDNS Guide popping up
